Facilities rental program

Are you interested in scheduling the use of one of our district facilities? The rental program at GJPS is provided as a service to the community, in accordance with the policies of the GJPS Board of Education. It is the belief of the BOE that facilities should be available to the public when it does not interfere with school functions or educational activities. Sound economic business principals are important, and considered with each request.  Collected fees are used to cover the costs associated with each use and are an important component for the continued use of facilities so as not to pass unnecessary costs on to Gahanna taxpayers and the community at large.

Persons and organizations requesting to use Gahanna Jefferson Public Schools’ facilities must provide a certificate of liability insurance prior to use.
