Each year the Gahanna-Jefferson Public School district offers a wide variety of summer courses for students—preschool through high school—as part of the 'Journey To Learning' program. There are programs for intervention/remediation, high school credit and make-up classes.

Cross Categorical classroom is also available (grades K-5).

Transportation is provided for GJPS K-8 students only.

The federal food service program is not available during the summer months; however, many community-based organizations may provide similar services.

Preschool classes will be held at Clark Hall Preschool Center.  Pre-K, kindergarten enhancement and classes for reading and math improvement for grades 1-3 will be at Lincoln Elementary. Language arts and math improvement classes for grades 4-8 will be at Lincoln High School.

For high school students, the following new credit classes are offered: physical education, health, and speech. Make-up credit classes are also offered for English, math, social studies, and science.

All classes require minimum enrollment in order to be offered.

The deadline to enroll for most classes is Wednesday, June 5.  No registrations will be accepted after the deadline.
