Bleacher Improvements Middle School East

Sealed bids will be received by Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at the Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools, 160 S. Hamilton Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230 and opened and read immediately thereafter for all labor, material, and services necessary for the Bleacher Improvements at Middle School East project for Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools. Direct all questions to Rob Banville, rbanville@schorrarchitects.com. A copy of the Legal Notice is posted on the school's website: www.gahannaschools.org.

Contract Documents may be examined without charge during business hours at Schorr Architects, Inc. 230 Bradenton Avenue, Dublin, Ohio 43017, online at www.dcplanroom.com, and online for members of Dodge Construction at www.construction.com.

A Pre-bid Meeting is scheduled for 9:00 a.m., local time, on Tuesday, April 26th, 2022, at Middle School East, 730 Clotts Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230. A tour of the project sites will be held following the meeting. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.

Old Lincoln Elementary School Demolition

Sealed bids will be received by Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools, at the Treasurer’s Office, 160 S Hamilton Rd., Gahanna OH 43230, until 1:00 pm local time on June 7, 2022 for the Old Lincoln Elementary School Demolition, in accordance with the Drawings & Specifications prepared by Gandee & Associates. Bids will be opened and read immediately afterwards. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 pm local time on May 24, 2022 at the former Lincoln Elementary School, 515 Havens Corners Road, Gahanna OH. This notice is posted at wwww.gahannaschools.org under Projects for Bid.

Electronic Bidding Documents are available from Gandee & Associates; Jill Schultz (jschultz@gandee.net) or 614-338-9799). Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than Gandee & Associates.

For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, bid and contract securities, and contract award, refer to Instructions to Bidders included in Bidding Documents. Owner reserves right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive certain informalities or irregularities in bids received. No bids may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for 60 days.
